in demand skill stream PNP

oinp just added some new categories to in demand skill stream, so one can apply for his pNP after completing 9 months of experience. but I have some questions?
(1) what score they consider for in demand skill nomination for PR?
(2) how long it take to get PR after getting invitation in in demand skill stream?

You don't need a "score" because it is not linked with express entry, so you will have to make a "paper application" after getting your PNP, this paper application could take up to 20 months.

thank you for your response. I just want to know that in IN demand skill stream what immigration want from employer side rather than employer form.
do you know anybody who did his immigration through in demand skill stream?
