In Canada TRV delayed

Hi all,
I applied for TRV on March 31st,2016 inside Canada with 2 years of Study Permit left. On the CIC website, it says it will take 4 days only. But I did not get any response yet. Did anything like this happen to anyone. Its over 7 Business days and 11 week days in total.

The processing times were last updated March 21st, which is why right below "4 days", it states Working on applications received on March 15, 2016.

It seems that the processing time has increased but CIC hasn't yet updated the website to reflect that.
