In Canada, Ontario on work visa for 2 years

Me and my wife are on work visa in ontario for 2 years started August 2011. Now My wife is expecting a baby.

If she born that child in canada, Will he/she be Canadian citizen or not?
What will be the cost of baby delivery in normal case or in complications with OHIP?
Do I have to take any other medical Insurance to get cover?

1. Yes, the child will be a Canadian, unless you are diplomats.
2. Assuming you have OHIP all costs will be covered.
