Guys need your suggestion that what would be the fate of the applicants who are in canada on a closed work permit that do not require LMIA. With existing program was eligible to apply under CEC. What do you guys think will be the case in EE?
Suggest we wait and see when the rules are published. Also, understand that you will still have toqualify under one of the programs (e.g.CEC) - express entry is not a program, it's more of a pre-screening process.
