A reduction of scores from 482 to 469 in last two draws gives me hope, and discourages me form taking up the OOPNP option which costs 1500 CAD.

But on the other hand, the draws are random with fluctuating points. And my ontario PT's validity is quickly running out!

What to DO; undecided and confused!!

One other aspect to take into consideration, the pool will be flooded by the OOPNP nominees in couple of months and the scores will jump again.
BTW:mine is 451

Expect the next draw by August 3rd week and the score to remain in the same range. If you can wait till 3rd/4th weekend of August without submitting your OOPNP application, hang on to it till then to see if you can land a 'regular' ITA.

Additionally, it is far from guaranteed that you will get a PN from Ontario after submitting your application and paying 1500 CAD. Keep that in mind before deciding.

All the best!
