Hi all,
I am in a dilemma. I currently had one years of study permit (from college A) which will expiry on June 2013 and i intend to change to College B,but suddenly i got a letter from the college B stated that my course have been differed till 2013 fall term.
1) What should i do in order to have my study permit extension? and how soon can i apply for it ?
2) If i were to apply for study permit extension with the same course as previous application , will it effect my study permit extension? Will the VO think that i am not serious with my course and how come use the same course to re-apply again and doubt my stay in canada?
3) Are my stay in Canada is consider legal ( holding a study permit expired on June 2013) during the period of waiting classes to start at September 2013? i don't wish to create any problems for my stay.
Please advice me what to do, i am really lost now and i am serious with my studies and the reason i change college is due to the second college have much more better education system than the first one.
