Dear Friends

I am looking forward to May 2013 for FSW category. My question at this point is - Do I have to send my marks cards and degrees to the respective Uni's for any stampings/certifications (sealed envelopes) or should I wait to know whether we have to send them to Canada instead for some assessment criteria.

Also, am little confused about stamping and certifications of my educational transcripts and degrees.Coz, I think they are already stamped and signed by the University long time back.Some friends suggested that I have to notorize them only...am little confused...I had my Bachelors in Architecture from India and Masters from UK. I also worked in the UK for more than 2 years.

Please advise...

You don't stamp and notarize the original certificates, only copies of the originals. ECA agencies will most likely need official copies of your certificates (that are notarized, sealed, and sent by the university itself, not by you). So, keep this in mind when proceeding. But, wait for more details from CIC in preparing your documents. Everybody is confused at this point since CIC is keeping its mouth shut.
