In 100 days i complete 3 years in canada .I am not sure if i can expect any change when i will be applying in Aug 2013 .

I would like to see the timing and then apply. I am really scared now that everyone is getting RQ. ???

Could CBC article open up the eyes for CIC?

I would second Suin.The introduction of CBSA clause and additional docs. request at the time of appplying, hopefully should decrease the chances of getting RQ,if not eliminate.However,as the new form became effective only in Nov. 2012 no conclusive opinion could not be established, until the new applicants start receiving their test dates .
