Improving my French for PR queries?

So I had some queries on PR
I want to apply for PR but not sure I have enough to be selected. My PGWP expires November and wanna apply ASAP. That said:

1. I do have a background in french and but its pretty rusty. So was wondering

could I try and improve my french by October to get passing score on the test and apply for PR
however would that be too late to apply as again heard process takes 6 months and my PGWP expires November

If you can dedicate several hours a day and immerse yourself in the language, maybe. Take language classes, go to social groups etc. Do everything in French. What “passing score” do you want?
