Hi, my spouse applied for PR inland and when we drove to Canada we brought our car. His PR card has been mailed, but we discovered the car has an open recall with no fix to it. Does anyone know the timeline for having to import it/get it registered in the province we are residing (Saskatchewan)? Has anyone had a similar experience? We are from California and cannot drive back there to sell the car..looking at options such as CarMax in Minnesota/Washington. If anyone has any tips, we'd really appreciate it. It's a stressful situation.
