Hello
I landed in canada (Lewiston, ON) in august as PR. I had a H1B status in States.I did not bring my car with me since it was still financed.
I recently paid it off and plan to import it in 2 weeks. But the problem is, I did not fill out a "goods to follow" form on landing- neither was I asked for it or "goods currently bringing".
Would this raise in complications for the import? Also, is there anything I need to be wary of from the US or Canada side?

go through this thread for importing car from US -> Canada:

I don't think this will be a problem. You will need to go back to the US to export the car, then present BSF186 (for goods and goods to follow) at the Canadian border. CBSA will stamp them, and process the import of the car.

Sorry I dont think you can import it unless you have your car listed in goods to follow list. They asked specifically on the car to be listed. Then i showed it and then they told i can import it but they said i cant now bring it unless i import is complete. So i dont think you can escape that. call them and try your luck.
