I just realized yesterday that I accidentally forgot to mention in the form that my Spouse (PA) Visitor Visa was rejected for Canada. That particular question is kind of tricky due to the way the sentence starts in the form, so kindly be very careful and diligent for Question No.4 Section D.
It seems to be a very common error made by people so just wanted to share my experience!
