Hey thanks for the post I find the tips very helpful and realistic, however about the survivor job. I think people should get any job they can find while looking for their intended jobs. Having some cash flow is better in the end than none at all. I think having the attitude of "I shouldn't be doing this" attitude doesn't help either. This is just from experience and when I was in Canada, all I watched was that show,"Til Debt Do us Part." lol Also I met lots of Sri Lankans who were PRs, who had skills and such that opt to find a job as waitresses etc while waiting for their intended jobs that they are skilled at.
