here is my experience. It may helps many people to sponsor their spouses from India and everything done properly before send their file to Sidney.
First, fill out all forms properly and cross check it.
Also, fill out use of representative for ur spouse because once u will get sponsor approval, CIC won’t give u access to your spouse file if u did not submit that use of representative form. Just mention that family member is representative.
Get medical and PCC done before u mail your application.
Pay all your fees in advance like RPRF, biometrics etc.
U must submit copy of following documents:
Bill of ur wedding venue(doesn’t have to b in English),
Social media posts of ur wedding photos and highlight how many friends liked it, comment on it etc.
Birth certificate of ur spouse,
Chat history by transfer it into notepad.
20 pics. Mixture of ur engagement ceremony(4-5), wedding ceremony(9-10), honeymoon(4-5). Put sticky note behind each pic. And detail what ceremony is that or what place of honeymoon of that.
Any flight tickets, boarding passes, train tickets of ur trip to visiting each other, honeymoon trip.
Joint bank account.
Strongest document is fresh passport after wedding with husband’s name on it, name change in adhaar card, pan card, ration card.
I know this name changing process will take 1-2 months after wedding but trust me it helps to process your file smooth and fast.
When they request school record in case of late birth registration than just simply contact your school and ask them to make “Certificate of school Record” which mention ur full name, date of birth, G.R. No. As per their record for Grade 5th, 8th throughout 12th. Attachment: school leaving certificate. Contact number of principal and authority who can answer their question if they will call.
Again submit copy of ur birth certificate with it. Plus voter I’d, Pan card etc.
My file processed within 4-months.
