Important Question regarding Parents and Siblings Immigration

I know it is almost impossible now in Ontario to sponsor my family, especially 18 and 28 years old sisters in Pakistan

What about other provinces like Manitoba, Saskatchewan?? is it possible to get their PR over there?

I am a permanent resident of Canada and currently working in Toronto.

I am willing to move to other provinces if I can bring my whole family there


Any help would be appreciated. thanks!

I don't think whatever province you live in would change the rules to bring your family and sisters. You can definitely sponsor your parents though provided you provide proof of a high enough income for the past 3 years, but not your other family members or relatives unless you were unmarried, your parents are dead, etc.

You can always ask to see if your sisters can take a skilled profession and apply to Canada through skilled worker class, or live-in caregiver program.

I thought other provinces want more people to come and they have easier immigration rules compared to ontario?

In general, the provinces want more skilled workers/entrepreneurs to come, they don't really want just more people in general, especially people with little to contribute to Canada's economy. Yes I know that sounds kind of cold-hearted and mean, but that's why Canada has put a cap on the # of parents/grandparents who can immigrate here, and why there are stricter rules on temporary foreign workers in low skilled jobs.

If your family want to immigrate here, with the right work experience they'd have a good chance of immigrating here.

I would say that although other provinces might want more people/workers that immigration is not by province but the country as a whole. I don't know this for a 100% sure but I assume that is how immigration works for nearly all countries who allow it.

I think there are some options via Manitoba with their PNP program. i don't know too much about it but others have mentioned it. It may be worth looking into.

I would agree with Keesio you might look into PNP for any province. I almost did that instead of family class sponsorship but the job that wanted me already had a few people through PNP and did not feel they could have more that this time

Try Alberta, lower taxes, huge labor shortages. Saskatchewan is a good bet too.
