important question.... for a friend.

I am doing spousal sponsorship...however i have an associate who is doing outland spnsorship for her husband from India. She is worried that no govt help could also include child care subsidey...so i pose that very question..... would her asking for help with her child care negativly affect her in regards to no govt assitance?


i have had some awsome peeps help me on my path... now i want to help those i can and ur answers will help her be educated ..

I don't believe child care subsidy counts as welfare but to be safe then get your friend to contact the actual child care service. If they don't provide her with the information then contact CIC to be sure. From what I know it varies from province to province.

Child care subsidy doesn't count as welfare at all.
