Important! I wanna surrender Indian passport and need visa for India

Hi Guys I wanna apply for india visa and surrender passport as well, I am trying to get an appointment but they don't have anything available.

What is the procedure of can I do mail in or online without going to the BLS centre ? what is the whole procedure is it gonna be done in one day or need two different appointments
