I don't understand what you mean by that? there's a medical test for everyone

i am saying tht my classes are going to start from 14 feb and still no contact has been made by cic so is there any chance i could get my visa without any medical test coz i have no time to go 4 a test and than wait for my passport to return

I don't know why they haven't called you for a medical, did you submit all required documents? Which college /university did you apply?

i have applied for royal canadian institute of technology yup submitted all required documents which they needed even e-mail them twice and on last friday i fax them too waiting for the cuming week desperatly dont no wht to do except prayers i cant to anything
