very true. Alberta PNP would be better. OP might not even qualify for FSW 1 since 3 years of experience.

i believe if you have a valid H1b and have worked in the US for one year, you qualify. I don't think it says that you have to be in the US at the time of applying, just that it must be valid. Best is to check their website and see. Google for AINP i guess.

Hi Rupesh, thank you very much for you response on questions.

Actually i finished my graduaton in 2003.
i came ot usa in 2005 aug.
so i have 2 years of experiance in india
and more than 3 years of experience in USA. So i have total 5 years of experience.

I checked my total score i got toal of 69 point
1 Education ------------------> 22
2 Language Ability ------------> 16
3 Work Experience ------------> 21
4 Age -----------> 10
5 Arranged Employment -------> 0
6 Adaptability ----------------->0
Total Score ----------------- >69

I don't know french. and my engish is not high fluent but good. so i kept moderate proficiency in both as english First and Second canadian official language. and i got 8+8 = 16.

Just want to let u know my status in USA, i have valid H1B of previous employer till July 2009. but Since i am in final stage of Greencard. i got work permit (EAD). so I am working on my EAD now. (for canada immigration would this EAD status help more than H1B or Less)? ( we get EAD renewal every year until we get greencard)

If you think PNP does not need job offer and valid H1B or EAD enough then do you suggest me to apply for Alberta PNP program or FSW program, which one you think better and fastet less complicated. please advise.

Do i need get good score in cases of PNP and FSW?
only problem is im not confident of getting high score in IELTS please give me speical advise on this too...

On what basis they decide that we should have good IELTS score.
For example in application we might put in application that we have High proficiency in english then we get more score, so how would they know? Is that ok? if we put high proficiency in english to get good score even if we are not. would that cause any problem in future? please advise.
I

I read on this forum that there is new rules for AINP and someone applying under H1b must have H1b at the time of applying and at the time of getting PR.

I don't know what EAD is, but I think EAD is a status and H1B is a visa. So are you with EAD under H1B or is it the case that from July 2009, you actually don't have an H1b. if the latter is the case, then you may not be able to apply for AINP under the H1B scheme. You need to check that out. They are quite adamant that it must be H1b or two other visa groups (i forgot which ones).

I dont know which is less complicated but according to most people on here, AINP is faster than FSW. I don't think there is a score in terms of AINP, just criteria's that you need to fulfil (such as having a H1B or something else). For FSW, it doesn't matter whether you have 100 points of 67 points, its treated the same.

If you put high or low score on your application to Sydney, it doesnt matter as long as you have 67 points. My opinion is that even if you get it differently later when you do the test it doesn't matter as long as you get 67 points overall.

Remember, i have no real experience in application. I have only applied for myself so far and it is not approved yet. So best is to wait for others to reply back to your post here.
