1. Unless it was made for the US or Canadian market or imported to Europe from the US/Canada or is 15 years old, it can't be imported.

And why would you do it? Unless it's a rare one, it'll be cheaper to buy new car here than importing it from Europe.

Why not see the possibilities of selling off the one in Europe, add up some money and get another one in Canada or even the US. That will be way better and less of stress and less of paper works.
