Implied Status

I have for inland spousal PR back in August along with an open work permit. I haven't heard anything yet. My current visa (IEC) expires on the 20th of March 2021. I have a few questions and concerns surrounding my looming visa expiry

I am wondering;
do I automatically qualify for implied status?
does this mean I can still work?
Will my SIN number be expired?
Do I need to stay at my current job, I can't change jobs until I have PR?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm finding information online to be very confusing

Hi, I am also in the same boat. To answer your questions:

1. Yes you do.
2. You can still work under the same conditions but with the same employer.
3. No
4. As mentioned above.

Implied status will remain until a decision has been made on the application! Thanks

Thank you so much!! This is incredibly helpful!

I think I get confused by the fact there is no evidence to show I have implied status to an employer etc
