Hi.
Question about when I'll considered in Implied Status. Details:

1) I Graduated from my DLI College in April 30/2018.
2) My college issued me the Graduation Letter only in May 15/2018.
3) I applied for my PGWP on May 15/2018.

All that said, I'll be considered in Implied status starting in which date:
A) April 30/2018? or,
B) only in May 15/2018?

Thank you.

Your work experience will count from the date you applied for the PGWP, May 15, 2018. This is very clearly identified on the IRCC website -
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/study-permits/post-graduation-work-permit-program/permit.html

-- see the section near the bottom, "Work authorization after submitting a post-graduation work permit application"

No, no: I have my PGWP active since July 03, 2018 until now. It is good until July 03, 2019, and I'm just trying to understand precisely when I'm legally considered to be in Implied Status, given my provided dates.

Did you apply eventually, I have a similar issue, i applied for permit may 21, study permit expired June 1, started working June 4 and my permit was approved July 17. Do I wait till July 17, 2019 before I create express entry profile for CEC? Or is my one year June 4 2018-june 3 3019 complete?

Hi! You are legally allowed to work full time starting the date when you have submitted your application for your Post Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), so, If i understood you correctly, you have applied for your PGWP in May 21/2018. If that'ts the case, starting on May 21/2018 you are allowed to work full time and this time will start to count as your 1 year experience, but naturally, if you started your full time hours on June 04/2018, that's your 1 year date.
