I have been in Canada since June 2017 and i am a US citizen. My husband is a Canadian citizen and is going to apply to sponsor me. I have already paid the fees for sponsorship and PR but I am waiting for my PCC from the FBI. I applied for a visitor extension last month but haven't heard anything yet. My extension expires on 6/17/18. Do I have implied status if I'm still waiting on approval of my visitor extension?
