Implied Status or Out of status?

Hello! I sent my Inland Spousal PR + OWP application package last March 23, 2020 and it got delivered after like 3 days. But I still haven’t received AOR. My visitor visa expired on May 31, 2020, am I considered to be in an implied status since I already submitted the applications or am I out of status now since I don’t have the AOR yet?

Thank you! That’s a relief. So that means there’s no problem with my application regarding my status? And that they can process my owp?

You are fine, on implied status. My partner is in similar situation. We are still waiting for OWP but IRCC said once it was submitted it created implied status, until a decision is made. If a negative decision is made for some reason you can get restoration.
