implied status on WP, FSW2 PR awaiting, should I apply CEC PR?

Hi

I am on implied status at present with WP renewal and LMO filed in sept and results are expected around mid december.

My FSW2 PR file is under process at New Delhi visa office since April 2010. Wait is too long and frustrating.

Should I go for CEC PR application right now? I am eligible and have all documents ready.

if you can afford it, why not? Chances are good that the FSW will be completed before the CEC, but you never know... and FSW2 is precarious; CEC, once you qualify, you qualify.
