Good afternoon,
my one-year long work permit (International Experience Canada) is expiring on January 17th 2019, I have already applied for Permanent Residency through Express Entry (October 25th 2018) and for Bridging Open Work Permit (October 25th 2018) so I can continue working in the time period between my current work permit expiring and the PR application being solved.
My question is following - am I allowed to re-enter Canada before my current Working Holiday visa expires if I leave the country? Am I still a holder of the Implied Status if I do so?
The plan is to go home at the beginning of December (Dec 3rd - Dec 12th) so I would still be on my current work permit but I am afraid of potentially losing the Implied Status that would allow me to work from the January 17th till the decision about my PR application is reached.
Thank you for your help.
