Hi
Think it through. What do think your present employer will do when you quit? If I was the employer, I would rescind the job offer, and there goes your FSW2.
Hi PMM.
Can you please through some light on applicant eligibility status if there is drastic change in his employment, Unfortunately Canada Immigration system is so well screwed for country/labor market own disadvantage that temporary workers are at most distress while PR application is in process.
In my case, I completed my 1yr education and 1yr exp on PGWP with so called top5 bank (where all banks claim to be best employer and equal opportunity employer they dont give a damn to skilled foreign workers). The bank denies help for LMO and work extension and to my fortune I had to approach a small business owner (with high turnover, restaurant business) to provide me a employment and offer letter to get a legal stay in Canada and to best of my luck he offered me initially part time hours and provided things for LMO and I finally received positive LMO and a three years work permit thereafter.
But to sudden change now when I am filing my PR application he denied me employment at all and not providing any reference letter to support PR, though we are in good relations I filed my PR in FSW-2 class (I am eligible with 87 points including points of AEO ie LMO+WP, high IELTS Score, etc)
I wish to know how it will impact my application where I have submitted application along with LMO+WP and other documents, I believe that I may still be able to secure a positive result as there are several cases where AEO is issued and candidate is willing to join work only after receiving PR.
Please provide your experience or knowledge if any discussed results in such scenario, and to your surprise it will be much required information for almost 85% of FSW-2 applicants who are living with this distressed situation in Canada.
Sincere Thanks
Jitu
