Implications of changing country of residence post AOR

Hi,
What are the implications of changing country of residence post AOR for secondary applicants? My spouse wants to shift from US to India. Please note, we have submitted the PCC of both India and US. Will I be required to submit fresh PCC from US as it will cease to remain the current country of residence. Please advice!

Yes, you will need to apply for new FBI PCC if the country changes but since you already got the AOR - I am not 100% sure but you should apply for a new FBI PCC for just in case.

FYI - I will be in a similar situation in a month as I am going to submit my eAPR but will move to Canada while the PR application is still processed. Therefore, I have applied for a new PCC which I should receive after I would have moved to Canada.

You should be ok. Just inform them of her new address. If they need a fresh pcc they will inform you. If you want, you can always request a fresh one after she leaves just in case they do ask. Good luck
