Impact of your professional category on invitation to apply

1. Does selection of your NOC affect your chances of getting invite?

For example, do a construction estimator get invite earlier than an electronics engineer?

Does it matter?


2. If yes, then please advise where we can see the list of NOC's in order of demand/requirements/competency? I wants to find some NOC which is closed to my profession and which is least preferred so I face minimum competition.

So unlike Australian Immigration system, only points matter? Thats means, an electronics engineer and a technician/carpenter need equal points?
