I score 424 on CRS application along with my husband.
My wife's real sister is a canadian citizen.
I have done BCOM, MCOM and have 5 years works experience.
When covid broke, I applied for study permit application but it got refused.
In all I got 3 study permit refusals consecutively. Last one we received on Nov 2021.
First two reasons were
Given your previous education and/or employment history, I am not satisfied that the motivation to pursue this particular program at this point in time in Canada is reasonable. Refused under R216(1)(b).
Third one was
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, level of establishment, previous studies, academic records, and/or your future prospects and plans.
Now, we are planning to apply for PR under Alberta PNP.
Will these refusals have any impact on PR application?
Every information we provided in our study permit applications were 100% genuine and verifiable.
