Impact of Recent Travel on Canadian Study Permit Application

Hello everyone,

I traveled to Sweden for one month in 2010 when I was 10 years old, and since then, I haven't had any travel history outside my country. Now, I want to apply for a study permit for Canada for fall 2025.

I think not having any travel history could negatively impact my study permit application. Therefore, I plan to travel to Sweden for one week next month.

Do you think this trip could positively affect the visa officer's decision regarding my study permit?

I am 25 now.
long story but I have a reserved job already in Canada, because of our startup (which I am not a part of it legally). So living and studying in Canada is much much better and easier for me in the future
