IMP! Error in Study Permit application - whether fatal or not?

Hi everyone! I just found out that I have included a wrong info in my IMM 1294e form. As background, I was issued a study permit approval for Western University for Fall 2022 intake. I was then offered a course at the University of Toronto for the same intake (Fall 2022). Since I was outside Canada, I had to reapply with a fresh SP application due to a change in DLI. I submitted the second SP application in mid-March 2022.

I just realized that in my second SP application, under IMM 1294e form, where it asked under Ques 2C (Background Information), “have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?” I mistakenly answered NO even though I have a previous study permit approval (for Western University). Other than this, I have never applied for any other visa for Canada or for any other country.

Having said the above, I did disclose all relevant details in my Study Plan (which I submitted in my second SP application under client info) about my previous study permit approval and explained the rationale for the change in DLI. Under this study plan, I’ve also included application no. of my previously approved study permit application for Western University.

I’m not sure what to do now. I've missed selecting YES under IMM 1294e about my previous application to Canada, however, I have disclosed the relevant info elsewhere in the application package. Is this a fatal error? Since my application is still in the process stage (i.e., the review hasn't started yet), should I withdraw it due to this error?
