They are a money scam. CHC scrutinizes applications more sent by consultants. There is a whole news of cracking down on fake consultants published on CHC isl website. It is very straight forward processs. You need only help from a consultant when your case is full of loopholes. Otherwise a kiddo can file an application by himself. It is that easy
