Hi, please suggest under which stream I can apply for immigration to CA. My Ph.D degree from IIT Delhi was assessed as equivalent to Ph.D by ICAS last year, which is valid for five years. I'm in teaching, working as Professor and seeking an equivalent job in CA but not able to find how to apply, as all the streams of immigration ask for job offer ? And when I apply for job offer, it ask for valid work visa or work permit. Please Guide me.
