My dear friends,

How long does a immigration application takes to travel to Canada from Pakistan.

I am from Pakistan and I can't live here anymore cuz i have personall problams with some people so i want to go to Canada, and i have applied for permanent settelment in canada also.

how long it takes till i get my visa if my application was accepted.

Hi faizi, how can some one just say how long the application takes to issue a visa to Canada. There are various categories of visas for Canada. You can see the website for details:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp

You have to first find out whether you are eligible to get a visa for Canada. If so, under what category. Then read about that method in detail.

The time taken for visa varies according to each category, if the application is approved.

You have to check immigration times for your regional office, it could take anything from 3 to 5 years

I applied for immigration to canada on 2006 as a refugee to get the permanent residency, and I passed my interview on 2009, so from 2009 to now I wait for my visa or medical checks. In fact how long it takes so I get other related documents or visa. How long I should wait more.
