My daughter /son became P R in November 2009 got PR card(she was 9 / 7 yr old then) after iPR card arrival she/he was 15 month in Canada than left for India she /he never returned to Cavbnnada between 2012 and 2018.
PR card has expired, now she/he wants to move to CANADA.
How can she /he apply for travel document in India and under want grounds she /he can. What are her /his chances of getting one?
Can she /he apply for PR card after that and look for university edu etc. during that period.,what is supporting document need for them please let me know

The best is to come via US border, no need to apply for travel documents, if the kids have US visitor visa. There is chance to be allowed to enter without being reported as long as they will really come to live here for at least 2 years consecutively before applying for PR card extension.

You applied for PRTD for your family which was denied you didn't appeal so your whole family likely lost their PR at that point.
If that’s the case, they definitely have lost their status. Your daughter would need to apply for a student visa as she is no longer a PR. Same goes for your son.
