Immigration Visa refused and trying for Student visa ? ? ?

Hey Guys, i applied for immigration visa in FSWP-2014 and unfortunately refused by Visa office (Singapore visa office). Visa office asked me to apply fresh next time ! ! !

However, i would like to try for student visa this time. Have a plan that if i get student visa and subsequent work permit, then will apply in experienced class.

What is the chance of getting student visa after refused in immigration visa once ? One of my friend who went to same situation got refused for student visa as he tried for immigration visa before ! ! !

Experts who went through same situation, please advise regarding my plan and chance of getting student visa.

This is not just about whether you were refused before for immigration it is more about whether you qualify for a student visa like what are your qualifications, IELTs ranking, proposed course and so on. Without some background impossible for anyone to even predict chances.

I believe it's harder if you are older--pardon me--but like the other person said, if you have good IELTS and have a clear intention to study in Canada, you should be able to get the student visa.

Yeap i am littlebit older . . . .LOL , , , , 36 years now. What courses should i choose ? I guess "Hotel Management" will be better for me if i become eligible for student visa.

I have no problem with funding and able to pick IELTS score band-7. What other back ground needed?

Now i am confused whether IRCC will allow me for student visa as i heard that they normally refuse any immigrant applicant for student visa
