Immigration to Saskatchewan

Hi,

Can anyone please let me know about the immigration to Saskatchewan through Pakistan. Can anyone please tell the procedure for immigration as how to apply from here and is it possible to apply directly to Saskatchewan. I have the genetics MS degree from University of Karachi and if any one out there can confirm whether I can apply for Skilled immigration section.
