Assume you have read through NFLD PNP site and now the requirements. Start with job sites like Indeed, Job Bank and look at jobs in the province and ensure the job meets the criteria of that PNP stream.
I have tried many jobs on Indeed since early this year but UpTo I haven't been successful .Most employers look at eligibility yet a person like me want to find jobs in Canada and I relocate. Therefore I a need a sponsored job offer

You need a job offer with a designated employer so you have to have the skills that employer in the Atlantic provinces are looking for. Most people though the programs are living and working the provinces through study permit or spouse. Focus should be on Express Entry and improving your score as most immigrate first.
