Am a 25 year Ugandan with a bachelors degree who wants to immigrate to Canada as a foreign worker thou cant seem to find a job,any references and advice.i was specifically focusing on caregiver jobs for a start.

Is your bachelors degree in the caregiving field? It's very hard for people from outside Canada to get a company to hire them as they have to go through a long and expensive process. Be better coming here as a student, like I did.

my bachelors is in psychology thou wondering if i can find a university that can waive English tests and GRE/GMAT tests since that has been an obstacle
