Immigration to Canada

Hi,
I am a software engineer on H1B visa in US and want to immigrate to Canada. I have around 7 years of experience in IT. My wife is also in US on H4 visa with 6 years and 8 months experience in software development.
Can you please let me know if i am eligible to immigrate to Canada and what are the steps to start this process.
