Hi, I got PNP and applied for the PR(mailed the documents on 5th aug), for the fees i used the fee payment form, but, today i got a call from the credit card people saying that someone is trying to access my card & there were suspicious transactions, so they asked me to change the credit card, if i do so, how can i change the details of the credit card which was submitted to CIC? Is it possible to change like that or not? Did anyone face this situation, Please let me know what i can do, Thank you.

As per my knowledge it's really not possible to contact CIC without having AOR.

People think that it's easy to know the status of application if CIC charges credit card. But if something goes wrong with credit card like your case, they will be completely in a problem. Anyway, it's done now...the only way I have in my mind is to call CIC call center at 1-888-242‑2100 (you can call them only if you are in Canada) and ask them what to do. If they said any alternate possibility, send them a cashier's check rather sending credit card information.
