Immigration through incorporation

I'd like to immigrate in Canada and start a business there.
Do you think is it possible and is it legal to incorporate a business and immigrate due to this reason?
For example I start up xyz Corp. Then I need to declare the directors of the company where I can put my name and because of this act could I "hire" my self as director of the company??

A company has to be approved / cleared before it can hire foreign workers, I think that's where you'll fall down.

Short answer is no. If it was that easy - everyone would be a PR.
