Immigration route for finance professionals

Sorry if this has been asked,
Can a professional having a MBA degree in Finance from Pakistan apply for PR in Canada?
I have searched the website but nothing mentioned on it, but also heard from someone that a route is open or is opening in future, Is it true?

You can apply if you have a permanent job offer in Canada and at least one year of full time work experience in your profession.
