Got COPR yesterday with Visa stamping (I applied as PA with spouse and two other dependents through EE FSW route) .
I have some query for my specific settlement plan.
I am planning to visit Canada for a week next month without my dependents. I wish to meet my distant uncle (not a relative but a family friend). He has some plan for me to settle us there by starting a convenience store under partnership.
After some discussion and looking for prospective business options, I would like to come back to India and then take my family along with me after three months.
Will such a short travel of one week create any immigration issue later on. Do I need a legal opinion of any immigration lawyer for my specific case?
