Greetings to all,

I am planning to move to migrate to Canada however I have few concerns:

1 - I am not fully conversed with the program and their is so much of an information to read that sometimes it becomes highly uncomfortable to go through it.

2 - Is there someone who can provide me with a bullet points "Cheat Sheet" to follow for the migration process?

3 - My biggest concern is the Skilled job/ vacancies, I do not see my profession in that list. So basically it throws off my whole plan.

I look forward for your guidance, help and advice's.

Sincerely, Faisal

1. If you want to do it on your own, there is no short cut to doing significant reading and researching to understand the program and how to apply. If you really find this research challenging, then it would be best to hire a lawyer to assist you.

2. Follow the information provided by IRCC here on the 'how to apply' page: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/works.html

3. Not sure which list you're talking about and what your occupation is, so hard to provide advice.

Dear Scylla,

Thank you for your response.

I am familiar with IELTS, WES however what I do not know is;

1 - How to get a provincial nomination?
2 - I had applied to millions of job opportunities but do not get one so that it can help me obtain Work Permit?
3 - I am related to Hospitality and Tourism and for Skilled migration, there is no option for this field?

Regards, Faisal

1. You need to spend time researching the PNP programs.
2. Forget about trying to get a job offer and work permit. This is next to impossible to do. You will need to qualify to immigrate without a job offer.
3. I don't understand what this means. There is no occupation list for FSW/Express Entry. The only requirement is that your job be NOC A, B or 0.

1 - Ok I will do some research on PNP Programs.
2 - OK, forgotten already.
3 - As I udnerstand in order to migrate you have two options; (1) Work Permit, (2) Skilled migration.
And for Skilled migration you need to ensure that your Industry, field, Occupation is listed in the migration requirement. Which in my case I am unable to find.

Please let me know if there is any other possibility of migration?

Your understanding is incorrect. You really need to dedicate more time to researching Canada's immigration programs.

What are you referring to? Have you tried finding your job code here

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/find-national-occupation-code.html

Saying you're from tourism / hospitality doesn't help much. Find your job code in the link above.
