Immigration - On which category I should apply

Hello

I am willing to immigrate to Canada and want to start applying but confused from where to start, and on which category I should apply. I am eligible to move there.

Should I have a job offer in case I need to go as a skilled worker? what about the Permanent Residency? Will I be able to apply for the card after landing in Canada?

You should start by reading through each of the programs in detail to understand the requirements and what it will take to apply. For a number of these programs you do have to secure a permanent job offer in Canada before applying.
