Immigration on the basis of Oxford Brookes Bsc gained thorugh ACCA

I am applying for the canadian immigration.
I am ACCA finalist but I have achieved the Oxford Brookes Degree of Hons in applied accounting.
I need to know how much points I will be awarded on the basis of this degree.
How do I have to get the ECA certificate??
