Is now the federal skilled worker applications those who are within canada with arranged employment going to CPP-ottawa?

So do i need to select Ottawa as my Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application or do need to choose new-delhi??

You still need to send the application to CPC-Sydney initially. You can then select either Ottawa or New Delhi (assuming you are an Indian citizen) for processing.
