Immigration Office requested for processing this application??

Hi All,

I am almost there to submit my application under CEC category.
I want to now which Immigration Office requested for processing this application I should select ?

I am an Indian Citizen. So, New Delhi is an option.
I am Currently working in Mexico from last 3 months. Moreover, have FMM card (ie valid WP) for 1 year.
Also, will most probably stay here in mexico for next 1.5 year.
So, in case if VO asks me to make an personal appointment then Mexico City will be better option for me.

Can we let me know which will be better option New Delhi (home country) or Mexico City (admitted for 1 year) ?
Also, what is the use of Immigration Office requested for processing this application ? and can be changed later at any point in time ?

Moreover, from which offfice application processing will be faster without any issues.

All the CEC applications are sent to Sydney, Nova Scotia, and then from there they are processed at CPC-Ottawa.

No matter where you live or where you're applying from, it's CPC-Ottawa. Whatever you put there, they are going to change it to CPC-Ottawa (Case Processing Centre Ottawa)
